I have never been treated so badly than my recent purchase by this company. They are blaming us for pre-existing condition issues on a used vehicle that we bought from them. Complained about issues before leaving, they blamed it on a tire balance issue. Problem didn't go away, moved to LA that week and took vehicle to Infinity to repair. Nope warranty won't fix. Infinity in Roseville says we cracked the radiator that leaked fluid into transmission that. When in fact the complaint we had was from bad motor mounts, which cracked the radiator and leaked fluid. Haven't had the vehicle for a month, been without a auto for a week. The great warranty that cost $3200 won't fix/replace and the dealership is blaming us on the crack which resulted in prob $10 worth of repairs. Don't buy from this place. They don't stand by their people, salesperson fed us a bunch of bull, service department doesn't know what they are doing or they would have found the real issue instead of blaming it on a tire balance. There are a list of other items on this vehicle that were not found/fixed before we purchased it. Buyer beware. Don't do business with these crooks. Looking for an attorney now...

Logan, This is Robert Rogers, Service Director here at INFINITI Roseville. We spoke yesterday and I want to extend an apology for the troubles you were experiencing with your tire. We did not find anything wrong with your tire when you first came to see us in December 2018. Between December and us seeing you this month, it does appear the sidewall was damaged which is why your insurance likely will not cover the tire. Tires so typically wear depending on driving habits and mileage place on the vehicle. As previously mentioned I can assist in offering you the Buy 3 Get one tire for $1 if you'd like to replace all 4 tires with the same type of run flats. Failed to find an issue with our front tire that was leaking and we had to fill up everyday. Then on once that issue got worse said the tread was too low to have our insurance cover the tire. Even though it would have been taken care of if they could do their jobs and find a issue with a clearly faulty tire. Insurance blames them they blame insurance leaving us out in the cold.

When an engine has modifications it's often challenging to make warranty repairs especially with the engine computer. Absolutely will never be back here. Had my car back and forth between the dealership 3 times in less than 2 weeks. Every time I picked it up I was told it was 100% only to have the CEL come back on EVERY SINGLE TIME. I decide to call one last time and got sent straight to voicemail and never received a call back. So i filled out the survey honestly with all 1 stars (wish i could've done less). And guess what? Got a call back within the next day to basically get blackmailed into coming in and sitting down with my adviser. I will , and I repeat, will never come back to this location. Oh btw, I took my car into another shop and they had my issue fixed the first try.
