Got recalled airbag installed last week. The fan for heat and A/C wasn't reconnected (I presumed). I called, service rep said bring it in same afternoon. Super quickly, a tech checked, and reconnected the fan. Although I had to go back, Stewart Subaru deserves recognition for the speedy, friendly service. UPDATE:: Fan reconnections were partial -- no air from center vents. Back again next day. Fixed. Can only give 3 stars as fan not reconnected when original service (air bag) done, not properly reconnected on return. A third visit to get an airbag replacement. I wasn't even offered a car wash.

Knew once my boyfriend and I went to check out vehicles that they weren't going to be very helpful at subaru. The moment they don't think you are buying that day they become the least helpful and try their best to push you out the door ASAP. And as such we decided to leave and went with a car at a lot in Sunnyside. I got into a nice 2022 Nissan sentra with 0 down and low payments. Salesman there were way more helpful and answered all of our questions even when we had initially came in to look around and see their options. At subaru they offered a trade in value of 4000 unless we paid more money to "fix" the car and wanted a 7000 down payment. The other lot took it as is for 6000. If I ever need another car I'm going back to C Speck in Sunnyside. They know how to run a business.wish I could rate lower than a 1 star but it requires a star to leave a review

You never know about the service side of things until after the sale so it's a flip of the coin. Really great experience on first Oil change. The counter person greeted me immediately and was eager to make my experience go well. I am glad my wife and I bought our Subaru from McCurley.

We blew out a tire on 410 and went to this dealership thinking they could simply put a new tire on. They said they had a matching tire of the correct size and that they would replace the tire. 2.5 hours later we hear that they couldnt mount the tire. After wasting 2.5 hours sitting in a Subaru dealership, we went to Les Schwab down the road. We were then asked to pay for a new tire sensor because the one in the original blown tire was missing. A call to this Subaru dealership found that they had no idea where the sensor went and we would have to pay les schwab $80 for a new sensor. This dealership cost us an extra $80 even though they didnt do anything.
