We called ahead asking about a QX60, they claimed to have 3 in stock. When we arrived, someone offered to help us, left, and never came back. About 15 minutes later another guy came up, and said he could help us. He said that they have 1 and have no idea when another could be coming. We mentioned that we were told there were 3, to which he said there were "two more coming." - a contradictory statement. Then he went "to get the car." Another 20 minutes later, he was nowhere to be found. A 3rd man came to help us, and we told him we were waiting on two other guys, and he said he would go get them. About 15 minutes after that, we decided to leave. As we left, we saw all 3 men who were supposed to be helping us, standing in the Nissan doorway talking with one-another. P.S. I don't know the area too well or the current used car market, but asking $2,000 over MSRP for a used car seems steep.

Terrible service. Didnt even turn off the service warning message. Little things, they didnt refill the washer fluid. I asked them to please change wiper blades, but the first time it rained it was very clear that while they had charged me for wiper blades they had not actually replaced them. It sucks for anyone in San Francisco that there is not a good close Infiniti dealership since SF and Redwood City locations both closed. I guess its some higher power telling me its time to switch over to Lexus!
