1 star is to much regarding my past experience with this dealership. Service advisor was extremely rude, and management does not fall through with there commitment. Will not be returning to this dealership and have already advised family and friends about experience.
Jacob, AC deodorizers do not really take care of mold and mildew. They just disguise the smell they produce. At the end of the day, we recommended a service to take care of the issue along with a thorough price quote. You agreed to it when you could have declined it. Why give us a negative review for something you requested and authorized?

If you cite mold in the AC. Suggest the use of an AC deodorizer that can be picked up for as cheap as $5-10 for future use so your customers don't have to spend $150 on something they can prevent at home. Work with the customer rather than just ripping them off for things they can do themselves. Yes, you are in the business to make money but I won't be returning due to lack of customer service and willingness to prevent future issues.

Really don't deserve a one. I will never buy another car from them. I took the car back 5 times in two weeks after purchase. It took my trusty mechanic to fix one problem because they got tired of seeing me a the dealership. SEE FULL REVIEW on JUDY'S REVIEW.
