Nick M, service Manager is the worst. They wanted to charge me $120 to reset the Change Oil light because I had my oil changed somewhere else. It was a simple process, I later found out, of pressing the brake 5 times. But he was not forthcoming with this and argued stating that he required $120 to do this. I am following up with Alfa corporate - what a creepy act.
Tried to schedule and appointment to take my car for service but they said they no longer have affiliation with Alfa Romeo! Not understanding it, yet have the brand name, advertising it but not selling or providing services, weird!
Parker assisted me with the purchase of my Giulia and it was such an easy process. He also hooked me up with some apparel! O'gara has a super professional team and if you have some realistic numbers or requests, there are no issues to be concerned about. Highly recommend and will be coming back here for my next vehicle!
