Not great service provided by them . I reserved a car and saw that 500 was deducted as reservation fees although the reservation fee mentioned on advertisement was 99. During the car viewing appointment, the salesman was very pushy to collect the car instead of talking about car features. For getting my reservation fees , I was chasing them for a week getting refund but no positive response . Dont trust them

38k worth of Range Rover purchased from this dealer with 6 months warranty. 200 miles later the car is packed up and parked in the local garage. The dealer don't wanna know anything all they say you have got RAC cover and deal with them which RAC will not cover the full cost. Do you have loads of many to waste? This is the right company.

Taken a deposit on a car which they have sold already. Then they want you to buy something else. Took a 500 for deposit and when rang back Ellie Johnson don't want to know. Then she tell you that you talk over her, when you want to confirm the information she is giving. Absolutelyy disgusting behaviour. Apparently it's take five to ten working days for your deposit to be refunded. I'm glad I didn't get to do business with Saxton. Saved me for life time headache. I will make sure no family or friends of mine buys from Saxton.
