MAJOR RIP OFF, I just left a big tent sale for all chevy dealers in the AZ area, Cory and me chatted on the phone and came to a point that we agreed that I would pay 56000 for the suburban and they would give me 27500 for my trade in, with a 9000 down payment, the kept dragging out to closing time after 3 hours it was my time to get the paperwork down, the rep Josh had it all out and said we would do it super fast and getting the suburban for 56 ws a steel , he had all the paperwork filled out and said lets do it fasst so wee can get out by 11, they closed at 9, we busted out the paperwork and I just signed where he highlighted, when I get to the table waiting for the car to get clean I go over the paperwork and it is all wrong, 56000 with tax and fees ended up being the stick price plus, and with my trade in it came out to 57, 800 , the stole my trade in from me. I went right to the sales manager and the Finance Rep and they said too late I signed it too bad, come back in the am to talk to the owner, I told them I wasnt taking the car till it was figured out. the said it was a done deal and I still got a good deal. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISSTS

I took truck in for service was lied to about what the issue was, found out later what they said was wrong wasn't really wrong instead of costing $800 to fix got it fixed for $20

Great Honest people to deal with. Gus Hove is laid back but works very hard to get you the best deal out there.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Gus Hove and plan on purchasing 2 more this year from him. He was very knowledgeable about his product and was able to tell how to get the best deal on the vehicle and warranties. He was very thorough and patient when working with my wife and daughters upon deliver of the vehicles and explaining how all of the accessories on the vehicle worked. Easiest two cars I have ever purchased. Thank You Gus Hove.

Service is very slow, I should not have to call you to find out if my towed car made it. I should not have to call you again 4 hours later to get an update. I had to fight over towing which is included in my purchase of a GM vehicle, as a VIP they were supposed to give me $50 off which the cashier forgot to deduct. Then I had to call and speak with a manager who took two days to call back. Now I have to wait almost a week to get a refund of what they owed me. I only go there because the car is under warranty - if not for warranty I would go some place else!!!
