Ryan knowingly bought a vehicle that had been in a front end accident - it was shown it the 40+ pictures we took of the vehicle- and then was upset that his local dealership gave him an exorbitant estimate to repair the vehicle. We suggested he bring the vehicle in to a frame shop, as the estimate he received was 5x as high as it should have been. The vehicle did run and drive well as advertised, he is just mad because his repair estimate was higher than he was hoping for a vehicle he knew was in a prior accident.

I purchased a truck from MN Auto Auctions(Minnewaska Motors) 1/21/22 that stated: "No noted major engine or transmission issues. Runs and drives well." I drove it home and noticed issues with the steering. I brought it to a dealership to have an estimate done and they informed me that the truck has extensive frame damage(bent frame and cross members), major suspension damage and major alignment issues from hitting an object very hard or from being in an accident. The shop considered the truck to be TOTALED and the costs to repair exceeding the value of the truck. No damage was noted/stated besides seeing in the pictures a broken front bumper trim. I was finally able to get a hold of Nick who said the truck is sold as is and he would do nothing about it. I paid market value for a truck that is now only worth $300 to a salvage yard. This will be taken to court to hopefully resolve the issue.

Thanks again Ryan for your continued attention to this matter. As you pointed out we do test drive each and every vehicle we sell 20 miles and photograph every detail of each vehicle. After we listed the vehicle multiple people test drive the vehicle for a total of 14 additional miles. Then it was delivered to you. 4 hours after delivery you made us aware of a check engine light and a noise coming from the vehicle. As you stated I then sent my mechanic back the next day to check on the vehicle, a 6 hour drive round trip. It had one code P0449 evap, pending, stored, and permanent. And as I stated in our last email that code is most likely a loose gas cap or somebody refilling the gas with the car running, which is common in Mn in the winter. That was the only code. And also you had a squealing belt or a pulley noise. It was 40 degrees colder that day then it had been in the last week, and sometimes on older cars such as this belts make noise when the car first starts when its really cold. It happens, its Minnesota and its a 10 year old car. We tried to please you with your complaints by sending out mechanic on a 6 hour drive to check out your car, but alas, some people are just not satisfied unless you give them a handout, which is what you asked for and got denied. And as far as that 21 day permit is concerned, it was mailed before we even loaded the car for delivery. Bless your hear!

I bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox from their K-Bid auction, under MN Auto Auctions, last week. It was delivered yesterday. Auction picture shows 183,314 miles and no check engine light. The description in the auction states, "This Equinox has been test-driven and runs, drives, and shifts with no known significant powertrain issues. Very well equipped LT model, runs and drives as it should, AWD." At delivery, it has 183,325 miles, a very loud metal squealing under the hood (that his delivery driver stated was a bad bearing in one of the pullies), and a check engine light (that his delivery driver determined is three separate codes). They absolutely knew there was a CEL, that I'm willing to bet they turned off with their scanner, and a loud noise. This is fraud and they lied on a legally binding contract through K-Bid. The vehicle also has expired plates/tabs. They did not provide a temp tag at drop off yesterday and they did not provide a temp tag when they came back today when they wanted to run the scanner to see what codes it had. Now I have a vehicle that needs work and can't be taken to a shop because these people can't even provide proper paperwork (temp tag). He supposedly mailed it to me, but looking at all of the other reviews under just Minnewaska Motors or BBB, you can see how that is very likely not true at all. Even if it is, USPS is taking forever to deliver, so I'll be lucky to see it in 1-2 weeks and it's only good for a total of 21 days! Nick, from this fine establishment, emailed me back with a string of lies, including that I was out with the vehicle when it was delivered and heard it running. I never left my front step. The driver showed up at 7am, car in the driveway, off, standing at my front door with the key in his pocket while I stood there in slippers and a t-shirt. But somehow, I supposedly was in my driveway checking out the car. Just think, to lie about something as trivial as this, they expect you to believe that the car made no odd noises and had no check engine lights the entire time? So both apparently just happened in the first second I touched the car. With those odds, I should become the next multi-millionaire after the next lottery drawing. Oh, and he claims the CEL is for a loose gas cap. Interesting, that would only trigger one code, not three. I highly recommend you do not do any business with these crooks unless you do a very thorough inspection and have it scanned for codes/resets. Below is a screen shot of the auction description, cluster picture with vehicle running from the auction, a picture I took of the mileage when delivered, and a picture I took of the cluster with vehicle running when delivered.
