Our family recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey from the dealership. Since we lived an hour away from the dealership, our initial discussions were on the phone. Lauren was extremely responsive over the phone and connected us with Tyler (the finance manager at the dealership). Once we arrived at the dealership, Tyler and team were nice, helpful, and most importantly were patiently willing to work with me, my wife, and our two-year-old kid. Although everyone at the dealership is great wot work with, I highly recommend working with Tyler at the dealership. The entire experience from start to finish was great, the dealership and the staff get full points for that. The one thing that we did not like was that the vehicle was not delivered to us clean, we were told by the salesperson and the sales head that it will be detailed and cleaned the following day (so we did not pick it up the same day), upon arriving at the dealership the following day, the vehicle was still unclean. Although Tyler compensated us for our dissatisfaction the ordeal of having to synchronize detailing at a local shop was frustrating. But overall, the dealership is a wonderful place to buy a used or a new car. The staff (Lauren, Rigo, and Tyler) are great people to work with, are kind, are caring, and above are respectful. In the future, for our next purchase we will reach out to Tyler for sure.
