I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience and after discussing it with my counterman the only customer he had today that he was not able to help was a woman requesting an o2 sensor which we do not sell as they are porcelain and break 9 out of 10 times . That being said he informed me he directed the customer to purchase the part new at an auto parts store or dealership. If this was the situation you are referring to I appollagize if he seemed abrupt, we run a very fast pace but that is no excuse to be abrupt and i have addressed that with him. if this was not the situation you were referring to i would ask that you call our office and ask for Michael so we may address it.

Person at desk was abrupt and rude. Did not try to off any direction. I am a 62-year-old woman and i think i might have been using incorrect lingo but felt like he did not want to take the time.
I am sorry you feel that way but I don't think it is unreasonable to think that when a part is ordered after the laborers leave for the day that we can ignore all of our other orders and have the part ready at the exact time we open. I don't believe I was rude and even took the time to explain at 7-45 in the morning when we don't open until 8 that we could not accommodate you any better than to have your part removed and ready by 11. When you asked me to accept a $10 bonus to disrespect the customers who had orders in and put you first I explained I was not even open yet and would need to hang up so I could get the day organized. We do all we can for our customers but we must treat each one with the same respect and timeliness. In all fairness we spent at least 20 to 30 minutes over several phone calls to explain this and you were just not going to let up until you bullied us into doing what you wanted. Update: Owners response is a rant again trying to save face. First time I called I first asked the employee can I pay on the phone, employee said no thats not our policy, ok no problem, I asked the employee can I have a Credit Card Authorization form, employee was like we dont do that you can just come in..it doesnt take too long to take out a window. I told him I need the part ready for pickup that is why I want to pay in advance. I work 9-5 their hours are 8-5 so the only time I could pickup is between 8-9am (exact reason why I wanted to pay and have part ready prior to pickup). I then asked for the manager and he told me he is not there at this time. I called back 2 hrs later and finally reached the owner who ranted, was unprofessional. Owner claims I bullied him, I wish I would have recorded the call and post online as I was calm and professional while the owner wouldnt let me even speak and then hung up the phone when I requested expedited service for an extra charge then I cancelled order and took my business elsewhere. Good luck Mr. Owner. I wish u the best of luck. Original review: Customer service not professional. I would not recommend this place...worst customer I have ever received at any junkyard I have visited. Accusations, rudeness, thats not how a business should be treating their customer if they want future business and recommendations. I was not rude, I simply wanted to be accommodated due to incorrect info provided earlier. Owner did not believe what I was told by an employee rather kept ranting rather than listening and be professional. Would love to repeat exactly what he said but I have to get to work.

JR was a huge help! Not often you find a parts guy who is authentically interested in getting your part right and giving you above and beyond customer service! I highly recommend this company and JR for any of your auto parts needs.
Called today about an air box for jetta to confirm that they have it before I make a trip. Service rep told meif its online we deff have it I said I just making sure before I come out and reply was yeah man its here! So I took a drive there which is about 40min for me. Came to the office looked up the part again and had to wait about 30min before they told me they dont have the part. Its not there No public bathroom either I mean its only 2018 we live in! Horrible place to do business with! Save your save time and money by going elsewhere!
