Hi Roy, we are greatly disappointed that you did not end up purchasing the vehicle you were originally enquiring about. Please call me as soon as possible as I was out delivering a car today and was not on site, obviously a misunderstanding and miscommunication as we had two white fiestas in stock. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and we will be happy to reimburse your travel expenses. Also the noisy engine is totally false accusation as you wanted it for 4k but yet it had a noisy engine which doesnt make sense to me.

OMG Where should I begin. At 14.04 I phoned j&n cars ltd and spoke to John asking if the car was still for sale (Ford Fiesta 1.2 White 5 Door Reg DA60UHG) I was asked to hold on while he checked, when he had checked to see if the car was still available he came back to the phone and he told me that the 2013 White Ford Fiesta had been sold and that the White Ford Fiesta that I was interested in year 2010 was still available I told him I would be there within an hour and a half and he replied Please do. When I arrived I was greeted by a sales man I told him I had come to look at the 2010 White Ford Fiesta, he seemed very shocked and told me that the car had already been sold that day at 10 O clock this morning . I explained that John had checked around 2 o clock and said the car had not bee sold. the salesman said he was sorry and directed me to the 2013 car that had over 15000 more miles than the 2010 Fiesta and cost 1500 more and had a noisy engine. I said since I was told the 2010 car was still available which it was not I said since I have been misled about the car is John going to honer the price of the 2010 for the 2013. The salesman laughed and said no the 2013 car has more specs. Fortunately I am a very placid person and had a polite conversation with the sales man. I was very fortunate that I only had too travel 40 plus miles altogether to see the car. I feel that this dealer was very Dishonest / Misleading and told me that the car was still there to get me to there in the hope that I would buy one of their other cars. Due to the experience that I have had with this dealer I have only given them a 1 star because the salesman was polite. When I phoned John I was not asked to leave a deposit on the car and Thank God I did not leave a deposit on a car that was not there.
