Service department is not so great. Make sure you check your service quote before signing off. They seem to like to sneak in services you don't really need. Be sure to check your owners manual and know what the manufacturer recommends before accepting any suggested work. I have a newer Ram truck and have had the truck in here twice and both experiences have been bad. I will only be back if I have to for warranty work. They've lost my trust. Oh, and I asked them to have the service manager call me to discuss the multiple issues...but so far, no callback. I guess all these responses from the dealership urging folks to call so they can try to make it right are only so much BS. When I tried to get hold of the service manager, he was in a meeting. Long meeting.

Our truck was towed in for service We'd morning service rep Terry said will get back to us in afternoon. Heard nothing called just before close get msg leave msg we Did! Thursday morning nothing. Called again leave msg we Did. Once again no call back. Just before 2nd day with no in touch call. Called just before closed asked for service manager. Once again a machine leave msg. Once again we did. Understand busy but this is a 2016 truck, told would call and keep in touch in Nothing!!! This is not how to keep Customers!!

I had a factory recall to take care of. They did not have the parts so they scheduled me to come back in 2 month allowing plenty of time for parts to arrive due to pandemic. I brought the truck in on the scheduled date after waiting 2 months, they still did not have the parts and they did not bother to call me to say that they did not have the parts so when I brought my truck in and left it with them for the day it was a complete waste of my time. And on top that off the state of California will not renew my registration until this recall is addressed so I am now on my 3rd month with expired tags.
