Don't go here. They make the process very simple at first but then get tricky with everything. Very typical Dealer who also do not return phone calls. I must have left 6 voicemails asking just to speak to someone about the process. Not one call got returned . They only returned call was after I asked for my deposit back .
Worst experience ever.. 2 mistakes for price of 1 Down right horrible when it comes to workmanship . And worse when it comes to communication. they have created a whole hierarchal system to deceive, inveigle and obfuscate. They focus too much on cold calling and marketing not at all on the customer satisfaction. . Here is never-ending story below. on 3/12/2013, took in 2004 Durango to replace a radiator cooling fan, they stated I needed entire new radiator as well, mind you I already had 2 other mechanics look at it , and they had told me radiator was ok. But regardless as they had the whole thing apart already I had them change both. they also recommended I change the differential fluid due to fact that car was exposed to high saltwater due to Sandy. as the truck has provided me with years of hassle free service I figured would let them do that too. 2 days later I got the car back, which is good.. I drove away and a day later a person behind me stopped me to tell me something was dragging from my car. evidently the geniuses over at Security forgot to bolt it together completely. Back to dealership again for them to fix the error, no discount given, no apology and multiple calls to schedule. annoyed but I figured well that's the last time I will ever see these fools. fast forward to a about end of June I went my local mechanic for inspection. he inspected but advised me that there was differential fluid all around bottom of car like it was spinning out and something needed repairing . hHe also told me this can cause total failure of differential very expensive to repair. I am guessing the whiz kids missed something when they did their differential service so to the dealer again it needs to go . Made an appointment for them to correct their incompetence dropped it off 7:30am this morn per their schedule. no word... called at 1:30 left vm, no word, called at 4:30 no word. I called again 7 pm, no one can tell me car is cause service is closed. Got some ahole of an old fart saying hey I am in sales I don't know anything call back tomorrow. His lack of motivation or ability to provide a solution was actually shocking. its amazing NYS does classify him as "special"... Dbag ,look out the window, is my car outside or inside. Or better yet go get a manager and have them access the system via the license plate number. Update: it was resolved but i did have to call an additional 2 times and still no callback so i had to show up in person and when i finally aid give me my keys i am leaving, they made an effort to put in garage and diagnose and repair My advice, stay away from service department at all costs.. its not worth the headache and your are possibly better off buying a monkey and giving him a socket set. the monkey probably call you back faster too..
The team at Security was professional and patient and did not push me into making a decision. They gave me all the info I needed and made me feel very comfortable to do business here. I feel very satisfied with my choice to buy my vehicle from their dealership.
Very pleasant used car vehicle purchase. Salesman Glenn was informative, not pushy. Showroom clean and inviting. Entire staff made it easy and pleasant buying a vehicle from this dealership.
THE WORST! absolutely horrible. they have no idea what their doing and the customer service was horrible
