I needed to see an optometrist. But the people that work in the store or office. They seem reluctant to help. At first I went personally to the office. And they said that I needed an appointment. But they never took the time to listen, because I had more questions About my insurance. And the time that will take me to get an appointment. They handed me a business card to make the appointment. Then I called. The lady that picked up the phone just went quickly to tell me to hold. Then I hold for 10 minutes. No answer. So I called back . Same process she just went to hold. Without listening any of my words Uo mr Gold you have to see your help are not performing. So I'm taking my business somewhere else. Tank you
Genuinely the worst experience of my medical history. The doctor is rude, dismissive and incompetent. It took him six tries to fit contact lenses and he still couldnt execute. The administrative staff is even worse- short tempered and unhelpful are understatements.
Dr. Gold was amazing, really smart and explained things well. The staff found me gorgeous frames at a great price. They can do anything. Also this is one of the few offices that actually really knows what they're doing in terms of Health Insurance. Thank You!!

Very Rude staff. Especially one named Grace. I have one leg and walk with Prothesis, No respect or concern on customer service, even after I explained my situation. Ms Grace spoke down to me as if I was lying. Said if I want my questions answered I need to go in person. When I asked for Supervisor. She said no supervisor works there.
