I was called by a sales rep when I brought my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in for service. He convinced me enough to make me believe that they could get me into a newer vehicle without a problem. Before I even decided to make my appointment with them I made sure they knew that I had zero money to put down and I didn't want my payment to go up and that if I came in to trade, I would be upside down. The sales person assured me that he was certain that they would work something out for me. After wasting two hours of my time they couldn't work anything out for me. The next day I emailed and left voicemails saying that I could provide a down payment if they could work with me. I got an email confirmation from Dale Ayers saying that he was going to try something and he would get in touch with me. I went all day long and heard nothing back. I just think it's very unfortunate that they prey on customers that are bringing vehicles in for service or repair knowing that they are probably distressed about the repair anyway and putting into their head they can get them into something newer. I just think it was really wrong for them to do that. I'm also very unhappy with the service department that still has my van that was supposed to only be a one day fix and now we're going on day 3! Have to call them each time for the update not once has anyone called me to give me an update. Not happy at all!!!
The customer service in this dealership is very poor, at least in my case. When my husband and I first arrived the salesperson seem annoyed by our presence. When he saw we were serious about buying his demeanor changed a little. The entire time he was giving the vibe of...just give me your money and leave. The finance manager was upset we didnt want to purchase additional warranty on my brand new dodge durango. I paid for leather seats and was supposed to receive a call from the dealership the next day to set up the appointment. The appointment was not set up until 4 days later when my husband went to the dealership because we never received a call. I received my new car without it being washed and was asked to return the next day to have it wash. When I returned the next day I waited for 3 hours to have my vehicle washed....I didnt know a car washed took so long!! Than when I finally brought my car to have the leather seats replaced...the vehicle I received was not comparable to the car I own. I purchase many vehicles in the past and have dealt with Hoda, Acura, and Toyota dealers...all were great and provided great customer service except dodge. It seem all the staff at this dodge landmark dealer have a horrible attitude with customers. I will never return to this dealer or recomment anyone to this dealer!
I had a very excellent experience with Landmark Dodge and the salesperson Amy Wiley. Her and her manager and finance manager went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate them working hard for me to drive away in the vehicle I went there to purchase.
Landmark Dodge of Morrow is the only dealership that I purchase cars from. The environment is friendly and salesman are very knowledgeable. Mr. Joe Graves has been second to none in handling all of my car purchases. Thanks to him for giving wonderful service to my family and I....
Their service department absolutely sucks. My Jeep has been there now for 5 hours. Not only have they not started to look at my Jeep, but when I dropped it off, the "customer no service" person was on the phone with someone else so failed to inform me that my Jeep may not even be looked at today. If that was the case, I would have happily rented a car until it was ready. I have called to check on my Jeep numerous times and no one seems to know what is going on. When I ask to speak to a manager, the service associates will not transfer me. This is the worst experience getting my Jeep serviced ever. This is quite the shame as I was planning on buying a second jeep in the next few months. I will find another dealership with employees who care about the customer whether it is purchasing a new vehicle or maintaining the one I have.
