I can tell you that I dont recall leaving a 4 star review back in April. My experience here was definitely not that of a 4 star dealership. My family has always bought cars from Rick Ridings. I have went there for two of our cars but wont go again. I was paying cash for a vehicle. They absolutely refused to work any type of deal with me. Said the best they could do was 200 bucks off. We hadnt even discussed warranties which would make the price even more. The car was priced at 29,990 about two weeks later it was 29,790. About a week or more after that I get a text saying the car was part of a 48 hour sale and the price was 29,790. I asked if that was the price before or after the sale discount and was told after the discount. When I pointed out that the car had been that price for over a week or so they said they would check into it. I was then sent a text saying the car had changed price several times since I was there and that was the price after the discount. I told them that the car had only changed price once to the 29,790 because I checked the price of that car multiple times daily because it was the car I wanted. I was keeping an eye on the price and if it dropped to a more reasonable amount. I pointed out the fact that that would have been the price I would have paid for the car with the 200 dollar discount they offered me in the beginning. I did not get a response back. A few weeks later I got a text asking if I was still looking for a car or still interested in the one I originally wanted. Well after not getting a reply back about the whole discount deal I went to Bob Brady. I walked out same day with a car that they were more than happy to work a deal on it with me. I left Bob Brady with a car (same make of the car at Ridings) that I absolutely love, with all the warranties of buying a brand new, no previous owner car for 4,704 less than the car at Ridings. Oh and since then the price of the car at Ridings has went back up and is now over what they originally wanted. The car is now at 34,990 which is 5,000 more than what it was when I first looked at it.
I was quite unimpressed by the salesman at Bill Abbott. This was the definition of high pressure sales where the salesman was only focusing on making a sale and not at all concerned about the customer. I would receive multiple calls/texts/emails daily, even without a response, demanding that I return his message and that I come in for a test drive. Ultimately, that pressure was effective and got me on to the lot but the truck I was interested in was in much worse condition than he made it appear. He wanted me to commit to a sale within minutes of arriving and became very rude when I would not commit. I would advise proceeding with caution if dealing with Adam.
Just bought my first car in over 8 years and the process was so easy. No pressure at any time and they let me take me time with the car. Very happy with the sales process. Not 5 stars because not all staff were wearing masks when they were indoors. That made me a bit uncomfortable.
Thanks for the kind words, Crisanto! If you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Not much manpower in this store but the way they treated their customer is outstanding. They will find a way to help your need according to your budget. This is my 4th time transaction with them in the last 5 years and find no hussle at all.
Rachel, Thank you for reaching out. I definitely understand your frustration and agree the situation was handled poorly. I apologize for the poor communication and realize that, at this point, nothing can fix this for you. I will do my best to keep something similar from happening in the future.

I would not recommend them. We contacted them through their website on Sunday, they reached out to us Monday morning and we set up a 3pm appointment for Tuesday to test drive a car since we live an hour and a half away. We made that very clear. Today, we called to confirm our appointment, we were told we were still good to go for 3pm. We pulled up at our appointment time and the car we drove all that way to buy was being test driven by someone. We chose not to wait around why the people who test drove the car numbers were being crunched. We asked to speak to a manager to express our feelings and were directed to the sales manager who showed little to no remorse to the situation. I understand accidents happen but after confirming twice, this should not have happened.
