I went to this dealership to purchase a car and while the person who was initially selling me the car was nice and friendly at the beginning of our meeting, his manager was extremely rude. I made it clear which car I was looking to buy when I walked in and the manager told me that it was a high end car that it was not within my price range and that I should look at a cheaper car without running my credit, asking how much down or any other important questions when selling someone a car. Not only that, while being steps away from me the manager was discussing me and what he assumed I could afford with the man who was supposed to be arranging for me to purchase a car from them. They even disregarded my requests and started showing me cars that I made it clear that I was not interested in. The person that was initially selling me the car came back to show me cars but took out features that were too expensive. I then decided to leave, that was when the manager came back and told me that I should save up some more, and try again when there is a sale going on because no matter what dealership I go to that will be the price. I left immediately and went to a different dealership who treated me with more respect. Their customer service is terrible and they are extremely unprofessional. I would not be returning to this dealership and I would not let anyone I know purchase a car from there either.

Went in a few weeks ago to get my car checked out and they were able to give me a complete diagnostics on everything that needed to be done. Sat down with patiently and went over all my options. Due to my negligence I haven't had any work done on my car in over 2 years. Truly professional customer service and attention after I left.

They took me in quick. I went in for a recall hdm my headlight low beam stop working they replaced the hdm relay and lights still was not working the service man told that my light bulbs are no good wanted to charge me 139.99 to change them I went and bought new bulbs and still wasn't working I kept looking thru then found the hdm fuse burnt change fuse now they working. So that was the problem nothing else. I think if you going to change the hdm relay should've check the fuse..2007 buick Rainier
