Good Morning Ewelina, My name is Nick and when you came in with the Allstate estimate, I immediately ordered the rear bumper cover for you. We got confirmation later that day that the part would be in the next day. We did call you twice to inform you and to schedule but never got a response back. We take reviews here very seriously and a one star review for a simple miscommunication does not warrant that type of response. I had my vehicle repaired at this shop and although they did a fair job, I did find some things that did hit me. 1. This shop sends wheel alignments to the NTB on Golf Rd and Algonquin Rd, but they did not re-tighten the tie-rod bolt when they worked on it, so it was loose when I inspected my vehicle. I got it re-worked under warranty, but my vehicle was still pulling to the right, so I ended up going to a Firestone. 2. When they re-installed my steering wheel, they did not properly align the wheel to the dash (along with the seat), so I now face 11 o'clock whenever I drive straight.

Great experience. I worked with Nick and the second I stepped foot in the door I was treated like an old friend. Can't beat the price and the honest interactions were a welcomed change from other shops. I will be suggesting this place to any friends needing repairs.
