Never stop here for anything! These guys will do anything to screw you over and mess up your day. My mom was coming to visit me in florida, and she had to get her radiator changed along the way. She had the absolute worst customer service she has received anywhere. sheriff was NO help!!!!!!!

I never had an experience like today,I visited Moss Ford,I was bullied, lie too,try to steal my Truck with a low ball number and sell me their truck with a rattle in the motor,total incredible, the whole time the salesmen couldn't keep the stare off his face at my wife.

Purchased a used car from Moss Motors last week. By far the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a car. The car was priced correctly (at NADA and Blue Book value). Drove to the dealership and they had the car waiting for my test drive. The car was exactly as advertised. My credit union had already spoken with Clay and all of the financial details were worked out with them. As I met with the finance manager, there was no pressure to buy other products - he merely took my check and had us sign the necessary forms. The whole process took less than 20 minutes! Highly recommend.

Just called to to speak with them about my Ford Truck Got John in service ,Told him I am having problem with my Truck needed to speak with a Mechanic or tech ,He said no one has time to speak with me or make a appointment for my Truck ,So I am now calling another Ford dealer,I guess the one in Chattanooga,way to refuse customers guys,I will never call or bring a car or truck here,I will drive over the mountain just to be treated decent by the folks who want my money ,,sad
