Hello Mike, It has been over six months since we worked on your 2011 Suburban. When you experienced issues we told you to bring the vehicle in and we would look at it for you in an attempt to help resolve your situation. You explained that you were taking it to another shop elsewhere, and wanted us to pay for your service. Without us making a diagnosis on the Suburban we don't know what you are asking us to pay for. We offered to help if you brought the vehicle back to the shop but it is not a normal business practice for us to pay for undiagnosed repairs at a different shop. Hello Kevin, I am sorry that you are having issues with the car. When we acquired the vehicle we performed a lube oil & filter change, replaced the tires, replaced the brakes and put a new battery in it. We filled the car with five quarts of oil. He drove the vehicle off the lot only two miles after the oil had been changed so it is difficult to understand how you say that it had no oil. We have a different take on the situation. Sold my son a car with no oil!! Not even 2 weeks of having the car it went into limp mode! They told him to keep driving ittold him to drive it to Bassett from radford and they would give him a rental..another lie they said they didnt agree on a rental! They dont stand behind what they sell and they just keep lying about everything! They lost my business years ago for over charging in the shop and I told my son to go else where but he wanted that car! Horrible place to do business with!
