I had an appointment to test drive a used Ram. It was not a positive experience. The sales staff was difficult and confrontational from the moment I arrived. I took my business elsewhere.

Dropped a vehicle off here, knowing the issue beforehand from a local independent mechanic (but required a dealer-only part). Arranged a rental vehicle ahead of time from Enterprise and dropped my broken car off. After 5 DAYS I finally called them to check on my repair. "Oh yeah, it's finished".... Wait, what? I was never contacted about the repair diagnosis (even though I already knew), and was never contacted about the cost. The best part is that the repair only took one day, yes, it was literally done the day after I dropped it off. So when were you going to call me? And of course we ended up spending 4 additional days on my rental unnecessarily. This is exactly the type of service we've gotten here for years, even when it was Orchard. I am fond of Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler products, very disappointing that the customer service is so terrible here.

Service department was EXCELLENT! I put my keys in the after hours drop box last night. Got a call first thing this morning that they were pulling my truck in to look at the check engine light. Got another call a few hours later that my truck was ready. Paperwork and truck were ready when I arrived. Great service and very friendly employees.

This place is a total scam I bought a used pick up truck from Phil. Went to get an oil change they scan the truck just to check for anything and to remove the oil change light we found out there were tons Ill transmission codes and other issues that were not popping up on my dash. Took it to several other places to confirm and they had tampered with the check engine light now my transmission is about to go out I have been trying to contact Ryan (manager) for days they keep dodging my calls. Complete scam still trying to contact them about the issues no one seems to be willing to help we will see how this goes but The truck absolutely has a ton of issues and the light is not working they sold it to me without the light working definitely a safety issue and ILLEGAL. The whole process of buying the car was really uncomfortable there are a lot of other issues but fixing this transmission is the main thing I dont even want the truck anymore there are so many issues and these people are clearly trying to dodge the whole situation.
