Terrible customer service! First we ordered from them for two years trying to give the benefit of the doubt thinking the employee just screwed up the first time and maybe it will be better the next. Wrong! It was worse! The first time we ordered for our girls softball team: we had numerous problems with wrong pricing, wrong names on shirts and not following up to let us know our order was in and just providing poor customer service. The second time all the same issues except this time I call and let them know how unhappy I was with the jerseys because they were extremely large. The lady (employee) proceeds to tell me (the customer) it was my fault and it must have been the brand shirt we picked but with further investigations the employee had ordered adult sizes instead of youth! The employee did apologize and offered to reorder due to my warning to complain to higher management however with a business that is run off of providing great customer service with good quality products I would have to disagree with both! Please go to another company unless you want to follow up constantly to make sure your getting the right product which then ends up being late which defeats the purpose of having jerseys for a softball season!

Ok so I went here in August to get my kids school shirts embroidered. They charged 5.00 per shirt. I had 14 shirts. They did a great job no problems. I go back last week to get the kids long sleeve shirts embroidered, and she says its 7.50 per shirt. Im like I was here a few months ago and it was 5. She said the price went up. I took my shirts and walked out. The place in the mall does it for 4.00 and their turnaround time if faster too.
