Horrible mechanics lazy they tried passing our jeep rear subframe as just surface rust when there were holes as big as my fist never will i buy a dodge from here or have service done here again

I asked the service department to see what my car was leaking oil. They told me it's probably because the last people used an aftermarket filter. They didn't give me a new filter, they didn't change my oil. They charged me $105. Looks like they are trying to rip off new customers instead of building a customer base in a low population area. Congrats, you got my $105, but lost my business when I'll be looking to buy my next car, thank you.
I was in a crunch, planning on leaving town the next day, Bob in Service offered to look at my Dart if I could get it there which I did. Found out it's a new recall ... No part available for a while. I decided my 2014 had served me well, but now was the time for another new one. Mark in Sales was very patient & accommodating. I bought my new Dodge Journey that night Excellent Experience!
Awesome customer service department! Very professional, and let you know things right up front. I will definitely be going back for any needed repairs or even possibly a new vehicle.

Wasn't very good at all. I was supposed to have a warranty, so I was told at time of purchase. They found the problem, then said I didnt have the remainder if the five year warranty that i was promised. Be very cautious of head hunters like this one. I have to take my Jeep elsewhere to get the same repair for over half the dealership price. I'm also supposed to have a limited lifetime warranty as long as i get all the service done there. After this experience, I feel I cannot trust their word on this either. I asked for a phone call from someone there and I'm still waiting. My advice is go somewhere else to purchase your vehicle.
