This is an update to a prior review. If you are looking to purchase an Alpha Romeo, please do yourself a favor and pass. The dealerships are far and few between. Moreover, the service is sub par and that's being kind. At this dealership, the follow-up is awful. I can cite numerous examples. For instance, during a service I requested a vehicle appraisal. That was over a week ago. In spite of numerous inquiries, not a single person has made any effort to provide the information. Buy any other luxury brand and get the service expected. You will be extremely disappointed with Alpha Romeo service. It does not appear their staff has been trained or cares.

Worst experience. My husband and I bought an Alfa Romeo and weve brought it to this dealership twice in two years for annual maintenance. On two separate occasions the car failed to start correctly after this dealership performed maintenance. Both times we were forced to rent a car for over a week while they fixed an issue. The first time (Sept 2021) it had to be towed away from our home and took over 9 days to fix. Additionally, on the most recent occasion (Oct 2022) the woman from the service center admitted to my husband that a person in maintenance missed a crucial step causing the car to misfire. Each service call was over $600 and resulted in a non working vehicle. The customer service at this location is a joke. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They may offer you a free car wash or $100 off your next service, but trust me you dont want them anywhere near your vehicle. Save your money and buy a car from a different dealership and/or car company.

Just had maintenance and I was asked if i would like to have a car wash and I said yes of course , any dealership provides a car wash after service without asking but the car wash was horrible , my car was much cleaner before , footprints and fingerprints all over the car , it is unacceptable for Maserati dealership.
