As I explained , the maintenance was completed timely but the source of the delay was the additional repair item that was added to your routine maintenance scheduled this morning. This item needed to go to a specialized tech to diagnose the concern and that was the cause of the extended time this morning. Found a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV with 79 miles on their website listed for 69k. Called and talked to a dealer, got it worked out to where we would pay 67.5k. Got pre-approved for a loan from USAA. Received a message saying the vehicle was ours. The next day, they renigged on their price and said there was a pricing error and it was no longer ours for that price. We now needed to pay 77k. DO NOT BUY FROM A DISHONEST COMPANY. If the price was wrong, that's on them, not us. Customer is always right, unless you shop at Capital Cadillac.
