I got back my vehicle after multiple days of trying to get this fixed. When I got my car back it smelled like strong cigarette smoke - and it still smells like that days later. (I dont smoke and none of my passengers smoke.) Im glad my issue is finally resolved after months of trying to get this issue fixed, but having it returned to me smelling like an ashtray is unprofessional. I had to buy a fragrance just to try to mask the smell.

Thank you for your feedback, Kelly. The car was in fact fully detailed by our reconditioning department. The sticker you found in the glove box was probably that of the previous owner and not intended for you. Our apologies that it wasn't removed from the vehicle. We assumed that you reviewed your paperwork and that your family member who works at another dealership and was guiding you through the process. The $199 protection plan was disclosed on the worksheet and final paperwork you reviewed and signed. We are very transparent and regret that you feel as though this wasn't communicated clearly enough.

I bought a used car on the last day of the month so I was told they would clean it and put a inspection sticker on it before I picked it up,. The car was filthy and there was a inspection sticker in the glovebox that was a month old already and wont stick to the window . After coming home and looking over the paperwork, I was charged 199 for some BS protection plan. I questioned my salesman and I was told that it was a Massachusetts mandatory fee. I asked for proof and have not seen it yet.

Fantastic service! My car buying experience was great and could not have asked for better customer service. Jim was great during the test drive and was very patient with me, my wife and kids (we only went to "look", but everything was going so good, that we decided to make the purchase that day.) Ghulam the sales manager and the rest of the staff were also very helpful and went above and beyond. I will recommend First CDJR to friends and family.

Joe at First Crysler is great! He was able to schedule me in for an oil change, free of charge. Dennis Freeman also helped assist my husband with a loaner car while the title and registration for his new car came in.

Visited during construction for used vehicle quality inspection, although they provide the service I feel it's a service best suspended till new building complete. No interaction with tech and for $115 one should be permitted to view the underside of their vehicle while on lift. I will revisit once construction is completed for services and or sales.
