I paid cash for a brand new $57000 truck and before 7000 miles truck broke down. I have never seen such a mess. These people don't return phone calls when they say and basically what I was told when I called to find out what is going on they have alot of trucks in the yard with the same transmission issue and they will get to it when they can. after explaining to them they were running a business and we can't be without our truck they said they understood but there was nothing that they could do they were supposed to look into getting us a truck as a loaner but no one from the dealership calls back worst experience ever I would never buy a Chevy truck again. The worst part about that they don't seem to care at all it's almost like the sales department and the service department or at war and the customer is the one suffering
I had some VERY simple and easy warranty work that needed to be preformed. In fact it was nothing more than an ECM update that should have taken one hour. Sadly, it took 3 different visits. Every time I was told they would call me in couple of days and it took weeks. Not only that, many of the people there have a bad attitude. I believe they have a training issue or have failed to keep up with the newer tools and programs.
Made appointment for a friend and told them we had looked at vehicle and was looking for second opinion. Took vehicle to the service department to drop off and was refused service for vehicle because customer wasn't physically there.. told my driver not to come back again don't understand what that was about.
