I purchase a used 2016 Charger mid September 2019 and the vehicle has been in the service department 3 times since getting it. The car jumps/lunges into low gear when coming to a stop and there is a tapping noise coming from the engine. The claim that the transmission issue is normal, also the lifters were supposedly replaced...but the same noise is continuous. Dropping off again to have Hoblit.
Purchased a brand new 2018 challenger from here back in 2018. Had excellent service while purchasing and got great pricing on vehicle. Also purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Today, I brought the car in for warranty work. Had some issues with getting the service covered and found out there was a large deductible that wasn't disclosed when we paid for the vehicle in the first place. Service advisor was trying hard to figure out how to resolve the issue. My car didn't actually need repairs, but I was going to be charged for diagnostics. I was really upset, but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle the service advisor had worked it all out and returned my vehicle to me without charge. He went above and beyond to do this because it wasn't the service departments fault that the warranty wouldn't cover it and his guys had done labor on my vehicle. I feel this type of customer service, especially today when so many people complain or are ungrateful for time and effort it takes to offer service at all, that this type of customer service should not only be appreciated, but recognized and shared with others. Thank you Hoblit, for once again, taking such good care of our family.
