The only thing that was good about my experience with this dealership was the deal on the car I bought. The salesman didnt care about any questions or concerns I had once he knew I was sold on the car, if I hadn't needed a car so badly I'd have walked out. When I bought the car it had a plastic trunk liner, they had the car derailed and it was gone when I came to pick up the car. I have brought it to their attention 3 times and keep gett ing brushed off. Just a heads up to anyone looking to buy a car here they're not looking for your satisfaction past the moment you purchase.

I was so impressed with the courtesy and very nice and no Pressure for my Daughter and I!! We had made two trips to make sure this was the Right Car for my Daughter? We had met with Shannon first She tried to run a credit on my Daughter this is her first car she didnt have enough credit and needed a co-signer and I needed to talk to my wife before making a commitment.Shannon was so helpful and no pressure!!! Came back on Monday It was Shannon day off ? But we meet with another awesome sales person Mike Wow your staff had bent over backwards.He pickup were Shannon Left off my wife and I decided to Co-sign for our Daughter and was given the best deal possible And Elliott He was Awesome also.So the Biggest Thing I could say is youre STAFF AT LODI Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Is Way Above & Be On 5 STAR Quality Thank you for making this experience a Very Happy one My Daughter Love Her New To Her Car!! I took my 2016 Chrysler 300 into Lodi Chrysler Fournée conditioner that was no longer blowing cold. The car was still under warranty with 16,000 miles and Im on the car for a little around three years. The dealership is an able to find a leak and refill the refrigerator and sent me on my way. 10,000 miles later again air conditioner is not blowing cold suddenly they find the leak now the car is out of warranty and they charge me $3000 to fix my air conditioner. I asked him if Chrysler would stand behind their product they told me they would contact Chrysler. They never did I never heard from them again. Ive contacted Chrysler and was able to get Chrysler to stand behind their product and give me a refund for the repairs but Lodi Chrysler, Did nothing once I paid my bill and picked up my car take your car anywhere else for service
