Im sorry you feel that way. Our part prices are very reasonable compared to other salvage yards. If you didnt like the hood, you didnt have to buy it, you could have went elsewhere. We sell used parts, not new parts, so you should expect some minor imperfections on an 8 year old hood.

Prices are too high for body part that had scratches on it and would not adjust the price after seeing the scratches. They said a body shop can fix it no problem but I'm not a body shop. Very displeased

We never talked to this person, but due to the time stamp of the google reviews, being 3 minutes apart, assume they are affiliated with Jose Figueroa who works for First Star Car Sales and Parts out of Charlotte NC. If not, we would really like to hear what happened, because we really don't have any idea. We talked with Manuel from First Star Car Sales and Parts he wanted to purchase a transmission from us, we gave him a price, he asked if they could get it $100.00 cheaper and we agreed, if they came to pick it up. That was Friday September 14th, he said they would be here on Monday, September 17th. This was all done by email since he rudely hung up on me on Friday because I couldn't understand his heavy accent. On Monday he emailed to ask our address and said he was sending a driver to pick up the transmission. They never showed up, so on Tuesday afternoon I emailed asking if they were still coming, otherwise I was going to restock the transmission. He replied by email with his credit card information, I assumed it was still being picked up by his driver. Jose Figueroa then emailed a photograph of a shipping form to ship the transmission. (The only contact I have had with Jose Figueroa was this email.) The form wasn't even filled out correctly. It didn't have us as the shipper, which means we could not prove we sent the transmission and then they could contest the charge on the credit card; and he had a third party out of Arizona paying for the freight, which means, if they don't agree to pay the freight, we would have to pay it. We don't ship parts third party payer. We could have shipped it ourselves using our shipper, if that was the original agreement. Then when he called, we told him we didn't agree to freight the transmission and we didn't agree to the way the form was filled out having a third party pay for the shipping and that we were staying with the original agreement that they pick up the transmission. Then we started getting the bad reviews on google. Soon after the reviews were posted online, Manuel called back again for us to ship the transmission, at that time after the bad reviews, we told them we wouldn't sell them the transmission and his response was "F" you and slammed the phone down. I could not believe another business treated us this way and then to try to turn it around as our fault.

these are the ruddiest people on the planet, I'm not sure if they realize the customer keeps them in business, or maybe they don't need money and are super rich, being that rude on the phone to someone they have never met and not good practice and also how you loose money,like i said they don't need money, their super rich there for they don't need any customers buying anything from them, want ever get my money, nor will i ever call back!
