The service department "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is the worst thus far in dealing with dealerships... Took my 2016 jeep Cherokee in for the auto stop engine not working in January 2019 went to pick it up NO explanation of what took place or what they did to correct the matter just to find that it is still not working. Took it back in feb (thank god it was under warranty) to advise still not working and with NO explanation again they took it in for service advise me to come pick it up and checkout and need less to say it took ME the customer to ask "WHAT'S WRONG OR WHAT HAPPENED" and with some lame explanation of a system update needed to be done or a sensor needed to be changed was given... well if that was the case it could have been done in Jan... this is poor communication with the service dept to the customer spoke with Jim Brown the service dept manager who did NOTHING but say he'll speak to the writer.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS DEALERSHIP...
