I ordered a tail light for a Infinity SUV over the phone. What I received was a tail light for a Nissan mini van. When i called i was told they would find out what happened and call me back. After a week of waiting for a call back i called them back. I was told they didn't have it. When i asked about a refund I was told no problem. It has been over a month and I still have not received a refund and when i call from my phone i get no answer but if i call from another number they answer on the first ring and try to help me so i know its not cause they are busy. I will not be using them again and would not recommend ordering from them over the phone. If you cant go in and see the part your getting before you pay for it, unless you want a big hassle, i would not order parts from them.
