William, I apologize that your title was sent to the wrong address. I would be happy to refund the money you were charged for a replacement title if the address was taken down wrong. Paid $785 for a new tag, title, and tax on a new car...called a month later to find out what the delay was in regards to receiving my title only to be told they sent it to an unknown address. Unknown due to it was not the address on my DL nor on the title paperwork from the dealership...then to be told I would have to pay to either find out were it was sent and also for a replacement. How does one copy an address wrong from two or more documents in front of you?! Very fast service though and that may be the problem...so if you just need a DL replacement or something I say go there because quick but anything that is important don't go.

Rude customer service , they hung up on me 3 separate times
Hello- We really appreciate your long-standing business and apologize for the hassle with the new DL/ID system. Unfortunately, issuance takes considerably longer and that is why we have gone to an appointment based system. We do take walk-Ins when possible but the system has been running slower than usual recently which has prevented that. Please go on our website this Monday morning and you will be able to book an appointment for approximately two weeks out. Usually I would agree with every one but appointments are impossible to get, all i need to get is ID Replacement and keep having to wait to even book an appointment. i honestly am thinking about taking my longstanding business elsewhere. Been Coming here 6 years!!
Hello Cody- We apologize for your experience. After looking into your claims we found the following: 1. We received your online request on a Sunday. 2. We attempted to process your request the following day (Monday) but were unable and sent an email notifying you of the problems. 3. We never processed your credit card or took your money. 4. You contacted us via phone four days after your submission (Thursday) and were belligerent and vulgar to the point that our representative was unable to explain anything to you and then you hung up on her. Horrible service. Took my money for tags, but didnt update system ir inform me that my tags had a hold in them. So while waiting for my new tags that were supposedly on the way; I get hit with a very hefty ticket and due diligence helped me none. So now I have to pay that ticket plus new tags from another agency because they wont refund me for the ones I never got. Ill never use this place again. And Ill tell everyone I know to steer clear unleee they have to. Then I sat steer it through the fro t door THE WORST
