Called this morning 11/14/16 from a business in Upstate NY (aprox 2.5 hours away). We were more than willing to pickup said parts and pieces but I was told by the VERY rude woman on the other end that they won't ship the part and they'll only sell it local because the mileage is unknown. Had she let me finish, the mileage wasn't the least bit concerning because the transmission I attempted to purchase was going to be used along with another to do a rebuild. My attempt at doing business with 2060 was an epic fail. There's a reason businesses get bad reputations....they employ people that lack the "nice gene".!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience dealing with this place. I ordered a hard to find part from them and had it shipped across the country to me. It shipped quickly, and they kept me updated with tracking. The package arrived earlier than expected, well packaged, and carefully wrapped. Due to the carrier (FedEx) and no fault of 20-60 auto, the package contents had been crushed in transit. Jeff got back to me right away and immediately issued me a full refund and an apology, even though it was not their fault. The customer service was fantastic, and even though the part didn't work out for me, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

The wort place to buy parts .. you rather go to dealer buy new part then dealing with these guys . Bad customer service all the time . No happy face what so ever .
