I was interested in looking at a particular truck there so I set up an appointment to look at it since I live an hour and a half away from the dealership. I drove there for my appointment and after about 15 to 20 minutes I found out that the truck I wanted to look at is not even drivable. Then I found out it is probably not going to be fixed and is going to be sold to a wholesaler in the next couple of days. Nothing like wasting my whole afternoon for a vehicle that isn't even drivable.

Updating my review due to the service department: I bought the warranty and undercoating. I brought it in after purchasing and picked it up later. Only for MONTHS later to get a letter in the mail that THEY NEVER DID IT. So what did I pay for and what did you do to my truck when you had it for half of a day? It's been over a year and it still hasn't been done because when I called to schedule the undercoating, I was told I'd be charged for it?? I already bought the package! Previous Review: Vinny (Lucas) is an absolute treasure to work with! I went to many dealerships and was not impressed with their cars or staff. Vinny was immediately willing to help me find my perfect vehicle. He was polite, had a firm handshake, was very honest, and a gentleman to work with. He showed me so many features on the car I had no idea about. He gave me ample time to test drive, research, and make a decision. He was not pushy at all and wants his customers to feel 100% in love with their vehicles before making the commitment. Chris was very helpful and presented options for financing. I like the warranty and love that this dealership gives their customers glass coating in their package. Thank you Vinny for your help today in finding my new truck!This is the only dealership I will be going to. I am from Minnesota and I came here to find a perfect truck to haul my horses.

Right when I got there Juliana greeted me at my car and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She had such a great attitude the entire time and honestly made the whole process of getting my dream jeep wrangler way less scary!! I can't be thankful enough for how smooth it went, and the whole process took about 1 hour and I was driving gome in my new car :) thankful!!!!!!! Julianna you rock and also thank you to the whole team there :)

I would not buy from this dealership simply because they do not negotiate on pricing. Perhaps we just came at the wrong time, but I know that sticker price is far above the price you can sell it for. I should have read the prior reviews as many others indicate that vehicles were sold prior to arriving for scheduled appointments and/or prices were increased.
