Employees could not help me with what I needed, they kept coming up with excuses to get rid of me, I highly recommend not going there and if you do be prepared to have a DNA sample from all your ancestors and a limb from your first born child.

A) The son may own a vehicle and be covered by a parent's policy if the son's name is listed on the parent's policy's declaration page and the son's vehicle identification number (VIN) is shown on the policy. The son may also have a policy for the vehicle issued in his own name.

Horrible customer service. You go in with all paperwork required by the state and they expect the vehicle you are purchasing to be on your declaration page. Well it won't be on your declaration page immediately. You do have the new insurance card, they still want more. Unacceptable Didn't go through all this hassle when buying a NEW car!

The 3 employees and 4 other customers that were in the building at the time that you entered our office all agreed that you as the consumer are responsible for paying the STATE their fees. We did submit the exact amount of fees that were itemized on your green temporary registration and hand written receipt. You wouldn't ask your accountant to pay Department of Revenue or your physician to pay the insurance company, therefore you are being unreasonable and irrational about a $4 fee that YOU owe for YOUR registration to Fish and Boat Commission. We would have gladly submitted those fees on your behalf had you paid them to the organization that they are due. We will not be demeaned in our office where we assist our customers with the utmost respect and service. Please forward your fees to the appropriate State agency as per their request that was mailed directly to you, their consumer. We are glad that you received the other credentials that we processed for you that day. Thanks for your years of patronage.

I have been using this place for years and have paid hundreds of dollars for messenger and office fees. I paid them $85 to process a $22 title for a boat. They sent the state the wrong amount of money. I received a letter from the state that they paid the wrong amount. When I returned to Wiggins they tried to charge me again for their mistake. Any respectful and quality business would pay the $4 to the state for their mistake and take it out of their profit for making the mistake. This would be reasonable since they have such a high profit from this simple transaction. The girls at Wiggins would not even consider making this right. They immediately raised their voices at me (in front of other customers) when I simply asked for them to cover their mistake. I will update my post if they make any further attempts to fix their errors.
