I went to this dealership under the impression that I had won a new TV - even after talking to the event coordinator. I show up and waited for about 5 minutes before I was told to have a set and someone would be with me in a few minutes. After approximately a half hour and no help, and individuals that we just coming in were helped immediately; I left. I called the "sales manager" shortly after leaving and was told that they personally talked to every customer. This was not a true fact as no-one talked to us while we were there. They tried to get me to go back when I live over 30 minutes away. Very unprofessional and a huge lack of service skill. I will never go back to this establishment or recommend it to friends or family.
I've had an ongoing issue with my chrysler pacifica for about a year and a half. I have put 3 brand new batteries in it. My husband called and made an appointment over the phone which was very easy to make. He explained to the guy on the phone that we've had ongoing issues with the car, the backup camera doesn't work, the start stop is stalling the vehicle, all the dash lights radio ac all go out intermittently, sliding doors lose communication sometimes, theres corrosion in the fuse box, it seems to be something is straining the battery and then all these electrical issues happen so what is causing it. The guy said we will need to drop it first thing the day of our appointment so they have all day to take their time to figure out the issue. When we dropped it off we explained all of this again to the guy who took our keys. My husband told him that these issues happen when the battery goes out but what we want to know is what is causing the battery to go out so often there has to be something else causing it. If they test the battery and it's bad call us it's under warranty we will swap it and so they can continue to trace the problem. We dropped it at 9am and they didn't start a 2 hour battery test or even touch my vehicle until 230 when my husband called because he had not heard anything. Then we called again at 430 to just be told it's a bad battery. They hadn't tested anything else and had my car for 7 hours. They also wanted to charge us a diagnostic charge for telling me exactly what I told them that morning. So basically they told me they would look deeper into my problem than it's a bad battery and they did not. Absolute joke of a PTO day wasted.
I was looking to get into a Dodge truck, read the reviews at Yakin CDJR and didn't have high expectations. When I walked in the door I was greeted promptly and professionally by Mr. Eddie Espinoza, he showed me several trucks, listened to my wants and needs and after the purchasing my truck it raised my expectations. I was in and out quickly less than 2hrs. I want to Thank Mr. Eddie Vasquez Sales Manager and Dalton Baker Finance Manager for all the help. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. Thank you to the detailers for having it ready and cooled down for me. I felt like a QUEEN. I highly recommend Yaklin CDJR and this 3 gentlemen to work with.
When I bought my car the salesman told me that the had never been wrecked but when I went in today to buy a new car I was told that the car had been wrecked and they were unable to give me a good trade in for it! I will not buy another from these people again!
