Im assuming you personally have reviewed the records from our office to know exactly what was discussed in the exam since you said you were not there, unless you discovered the cloak of invisibility. If you have not reviewed any records from the past exams then everything you have stated is complete speculation and not factual. We strive to for excellence in patient care and in optical services. I went here for years and even referred my mom. We recently moved so I started seeing another doctor. When my mom called they dont take her insurance. Well someone was looking out from above because today my new doctor told her you know you have cataracts and they are bad. Asked how long it had been since she had an eye exam. She went to Citrus Vision every year like she was supposed to. NO ONE ever mentioned she had cataracts. Beware they obviously want to sell you $500 worth of glasses versus telling you that you need cataract surgery. This makes me SICK to think they don't actually even care about their clients. The doctors seems nice enough but cant shut up talking about himself enough to give proper care. How do people sleep at night taking advantage of elderly. And no my mom has her full faculties so she would have remember in her last two visits if someone mentioned cataract and didn't need to buy expensive glasses. The last pair she even took back and said something wasn't right. Of course they weren't as she friggin has cataracts. You better believe I'm going to tell everyone I know as I still frequent that area all the time.
Sorry, I've been going for years but will not go to a place that will not wear masks and care for their customers. My friend went and when they asked the doctor (Cook) to please wear a mask he refused and said to go elswhere. When the tech was asked too she was indignant, but did put one on. Needless to say she went somewhere else that did wear masks and sanitize. So will I.
Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Has all the new testing equipment. Really was fun. Everyone explain every test given to me. Stephanie helped pick out glasses for me. Liked them all that she choose. Just a great office.
I went in for a routine eye exam yesterday and had a wonderful experience, as always. Everybody is so knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the time they spent explaining everything to me. It's obvious they truly care about their patients and strive to provide the best care possible.
Lab did a great job. I ordered 2 pairs. Why 3 starts? The first woman I met after asking her to please wear a mask was so nasty and out of line... If the owners see the reviews fire her. Send her to a liberal State. She needs training. No one wears a mask there..
