Ok experience with my used car purchase. The sales person was not too pushy. 1.5 stars off for aggressive tactics in trying to sell me extended warrantee. Another half for two inconveniences: forgetting to subtract deposit from my total sale amount, and forgetting to give me my second key.

I went to depaula yesterday and told them to show one of the car that I was interested in. One of the guy told me to wait for few minutes till he brings the key. There was no one for another 20 mins and then I left the place. Another car that I was interested was still on their website and they said its sold a week before. I read the reviews and went there but seems like they are not so much interested or concerned bcoz they already have so much good reviews

Trying to get every dime you have. Never in my life will I return here. Never even called to tell me my car would be a week (for 5.5 hours of work, all parts in stock) when I was originally told a day. And, every time I called, I was put on hold for ten minutes.
