Money hungry and will sell you a lemon in a heartbeat then blame you for the consequences of buying a lemon. Also to add, William is a rude person and seeing that his name is mentioned up here before with a 1 star review, it seems that they need a new manager. But of course with speaking to the General Manager, who wouldn't provide his name, it wouldn't surprise me that they don't car about customer satisfaction. They sold us a "fine" used minivan, we have changed 3 coils and the refurbished transmission ,that Medlin mazda installed without informing before purchase, has blown and they will not repair nor come to an agreement with my wife and I.

Excellent car buying experience! Everyone was helpful and our sales rep, Logan, was very knowledgeable and personable without being pushy. Everyone from the owner to the finance person was super eager to get us into the right vehicle and make sure it was a good experience. I love my new CX-9 and I'm happy we purchased it from Medlin!

Went for general maintenance that includes oil change, tire rotation and such. Told them I had a concern of my break pads. I was also constantly losing air in one of my tires. I waited and they came back to me with a $1,700-1,900 repair estimate with a list of things that apparently my car needed. Telling me that I needed all four break pads replaced, all tires replaced, and rotor resurfacing, a system update, a break flush, and air filter replacement. Mike told me that my back tires were slick, one of them had a chunk cut away and a bubble on the side wall. I told them Id wait and call them later about the other repairs but only needed the general maintenance for now. After I left the dealership I noticed my tires were not at all rotated. Not only that but I was able to fix my tire with a simple $10 of a stem replacement for the tire that kept losing air. My tires are supposed to be at 29 psi. I checked the air pressure for all of my tires, and they were 35. Which is very dangerous and cause tires to wear out faster. Which was strange to me considering the fact that Mike was advising me that I should replace them soon as possible because they were bad. I will no longer be doing business with this dealership.
