Incredibly rude staff. I will not say the name but I would never recommend this place to anyone unless, they were my enemy and they could have experienced what I did. If you want to feel little or stupid, just callor visit the place you'll know exactly what i mean!

Could do better in parts. Waited 2 weeks for for a call back on parts that should have been ordered. Got them delivered on line before the call back. Just to say they couldn't get the parts.

Respectfully, you have the wrong dealership. I have looked for your name in our customer system and cannot find it anywhere. We have a stern practice at Jerry Haag Motors in Hillsboro, Ohio to NEVER repeat call a customer who has asked us not to call them back. High pressure selling is not our style at this rural, hometown dealership. It's just not our way. I sincerely hope your issue is remedied soon, but first you'll have to contact the correct dealership.

Worst experience in my life! Someone has put my number on their call log and even though I have talked to what seems like every person in that office, I still get harassed almost daily. I was not personally at this time looking to buy a vehicle but I can say that because of the constant harassment that I keep getting I will never want to own a Chevrolet in my life.
