Dear Miss Brown, I personally did not speak with you about your vehicle. I am deeply sorry that you found your interaction with our staff as being creepy. The gentleman that you had contact with has been a part of the Gage extended family since he was a boy. He has awards from his previous employer for quality customer service. I believe that he did not mean to offend you. I do understand that some situations can be mis interpreted. Not being there I am not sure what happened. The men that work here make me very uncomfortable. Attempted to sell them my car and they instantly tried to sell me a car, the owner is a creep.
I had the pleasure of working with Jason on getting my "new to me" new car. he was super friendly and personable out the gate, and never made me feel pressure to purchase. It was a pretty seamless transaction, and I have Jason to thank for that. he's a cool and funny dude.
Horrible place to go if your looking to buy. Very disrespectful and unprofessional people working in here.
