We are sorry that we couldn't accommodate your schedule. We do accept walk in customers and ask that they allow us the necessary time to finish what must be done to help them. (It usually will take a few minutes). We actually do have a portal for scheduling estimates on our website. People use that or some folks just call to verify that we can do an estimate for them when it's mutually convenient for both parties. Sorry again.

Was turned away immediately just to have someone look at my truck to give me basic estimates/time elapse. Couldnt be given a quote without an appointment, they couldnt even spare 1 minute to look at my truck to tell me if they could even do what I wanted. And no where on there website does it say they only do quotes by appointment. Hard to believe they are the number 1 repair shop in Reno.

Called Diamond to schedule an appointment for an estimate to repaint my entire truck, the sun is making my clear coat peel. The girl who answered the phone, told me they don't do entire vehicles. Have a budget of $8,000 for my repaint. Guess they don't need the money. I'll find someone whom does!!!! Their loss ! So much for their rep!

We take photos and email estimates for people that do not have appointments as an option to not hold them up or their schedules. It is convenient and your daughter was happy to comply. I do not know why you would do such un-thoughtful damage to our business. Also Friday is 4 days ago not 5 . I'm sorry you wrote this as it is wrong and not very nice. My daughter brought her car on Friday to get an estimate to repair the bumper and side mirror. She was told by the body shop that they will email her the estimate. It's been 5 days and still no email from the body shop. Prior to this, she was at another body shop and was able to get an estimate there and then. Not sure why this body shop wouldn't be able to provide an estimate there and then. It wasn't like a major repair, just a broken side mirror and a crack on the right side bumper. They must be doing well and don't need our business. Anyway, my daughter was able to bring it to the first body shop she went to and they took care of it.
