Not a good experience looking at a used 2018 car at Infiniti of Oxnard. Internet "sale" priced at $23K. Confirmed with emails (some even with "you may qualify for additional discounts and incentives"), make "appointment", test drive; OK, "salesman", write up your best OTD price. He comes back with $23K then a line item for "accessories" $3700 (nothing I asked for or noted in the ad). Then, of course the usual charge attempts for Service contract, Gap,....GONE. But, Mgr. won't remove the "accessories" charges. I walk. So, False Advertising, Bait and Switch, waste my time. Don't recommend them.
I am a long time Infiniti customer and I used to love this dealership, then a new owner purchased this dealership a few years ago. Ever since that happened the dealership went from good to terrible service. I wanted to purchase a new Infiniti, however now I have to drive to Thousand Oaks (35 miles) because I will never go into the horrible Infiniti Oxnard dealership again. The service manager is very rude and does not care if I was going to buy 99 new Infiniti cars. Tina Carpenter is her name and there are prison guards that treat criminals better than she treated me. Tina also told me she "doesn't care if a write a negative review about the Oxnard Infiniti dealership". So this is my review, I hope corporate Infiniti takes actions to fix this lame and defective dealership. Also the General Sales Manager Dan Rowand was rude and refused to help me.

This was one of the greatest car buying experiences EVER. Ask for Linnaea if you do end up buying your next car here. She is incredibly friendly and will go out of her way to make sure your car buying experience is as painless as possible, as well as making sure you have the best deals and rates. There's no haggling, no pressure to buy something if you don't want to. If you come here, you'll leave the doors with a smile on your face whether you end up buying a car or not. :)

Best service we have received from a dealership. Rob and staff did an amazing job of assisting us with our first leased car. They showed us all the options and helped us get our Q50. Will definitely go back again for our next car purchase.
This place is a sham and must have some kind of prisoner back to work program cause we dealt with a shady hustler in service department when we brought in car for an oil change and wash and before you know it the guy was about to have us sign paperwork stating that we were paying $780.00 for an oil change and to check for problems and rotation of tires , we ended up catching it before we signed it so the service idiot with the vocabulary of a ghetto Hood Rat said he would re do the paperwork . We get the oil change and car wash and we came back to complain cause car and rims was still dirty and looked like it was just sprayed with water and the service guy said we didnt pay for detail job had an attitude cause we caught him trying to hustle us. THIS PLAY IS AWFUL , THEY ARE ALL OVER YOU BEFORE YOU BUY BUT TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH AFTERWARDS....STAY AWAY FROM THIS EX-CON GHETTO INFESTED DEALERSHIP....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
