Brought my car in this morning for the first time for a service. When I pulled up my heater was on, it worked, now it doesn't work. Now I'm inconvenienced having to bring the car back. I don't live in tracy. After they fix my heater I'm done with tracy honda. GAS COST MONEY!!!

I called to get a price on a new car and was met with resistance. I was told the MSRP which I can clearly see on the webite, I don't want to drive over an hour to chit chat over the price of a car. It seems fairly simple to tell me over the phone what Honda incentives currently apply to the vehicle I am inquiring about. Other Dealerships don't have a problem telling you what incentives are out there. Just surprised that they don't seem interested in selling the car.

I have made a good choice buying my car from this Honda. Yesterday I came In to purchase a used car under 12 thousand and got a 2010 Honda insight for 9 thousand with 86k miles. The car was In excellent condition, no damage or scratches, looks almost brand new. The salesman who helped me was Geo, he was very helpful and got me a nice deal on my first car. Geo thank you so much for the help, you did your best to get me the perfect deal on the Honda. Give this man a promotion, he deserves It. I am happy with my new car. I will recommend other people who are interested In buying a car to come here.
