I took a 2018 Challenger in for radio delaminating and was promised an attempt at a warranty under 36k miles because Dodge has a huge delaminating problem in all vehicles, including Chrysler. They didnt even try, luckily, I was able to contact FCA after they lied and got it warrantied myself. Secondly, I asked them to check a tire and they did not check it. All they did is air it up, took it up the street to Tire Barn and they found a nail in it after it lost 10 lbs of pressure in a week. It wasnt on the ticket either so I knew they didnt do anything but air it up. Of course, cashier had no idea she just collects money. Pis poor service center. They claim to open at 7:30 a.m. online, but they do not open that early. Dropped car off at 7:55 and lube tech happened to walk in at 8. He said only 1 technician could repair my radio they told me to drop off anytime in the morning and he wouldnt arrive until 9 a.m. Consequently, I had to call for a ride because I was going to wait on what was an estimated 1 hour job. Nobody offered a courtesy car or said a word as I waited up front until 9:10 a.m. when this awesome radio tech was still not at work. I would never use this service center again or buy a car here. Way to many dealers with far better customer service and care. Unbelievable! Go to Dons Service Center. Only reason I came here anyway was for warranty service which failed.
Dealer has had my vehicle for over 6 weeks for transmission issue. When I stopped in last week to see how much longer repairs would take they informed me they havent even started on it yet and call back next week and we might know. Worst service department in town. Update Finally after 15 weeks the car was completed with a transmission rebuild. Every week I called I was told call back next week and it should be done. At one point I was told when the parts come in it will be 1 1/2 days. Parts were delivered and it took 4 more weeks.
The guys in the service Dept. Matt and Brian had done nothing , but lied about when the vehicle was going to be ready always blamed it on parts. Came in when it was suppose to be ready and still wasnt ended up having to stay the night in town from a 12 hour drive to pick it up. After nearly 3 months maybe we will get our vehicle back today. I warn you never bring your vehicle here. Worst service and customer service sucks
