We have strictly been using Landers for our service on a 2019 Subaru Ascent. I get a bit aggravated when we schedule a service appointment and show up and them tell us they actually don't have the right parts. This has happened on five different occasions and frankly I'm a little burnt out on driving an hour just to fix their mess up. To make it worse they don't offer anything for your troubles. They do seem nice, but I would rather go to a dealership closer. Maybe someday Decatur will get a Subaru dealership. I love subaru, but not sure I would buy another due to the service troubles. The service guy just came out gave me my oil change for free. Maybe they're turning over a new leaf.

Took my Subaru into this dealership for a recall repair. They did an excellent job. Also asked the service department to check out a noise at the rear. The service department stated that both rear hubs required replacement and that the rear differential required its oil to be replaced. Took this car to an independent auto mechanic and he discovered that only one rear hub was bad and that he had changed the rear differential oil only two months ago. Recommend that if you have work done at this dealership, you have it verified by an independent.

What a wonderful and amazing experience! About six weeks ago we drove over to test drive a Subaru Forester. That was on a Saturday! We were promptly greeted but decided to just explore the vehicles in the showroom and not waste a salesman's time. After a bit, we had a few questions, and Richard was asked to help us. We explained that we were just looking and had a loyal relationship with another brand. Richard was very helpful and respectful of the other relationship. Needless to say we were quite surprised when they had a trim line in stock with most of the features my husband wanted. So that began a whirlwind 3 days of driving and deciding on getting not one but two Subaru Foresters!! My husband settled on the Premium and I on the Limited! Again, they had a Limited with most of the features I wanted on the lot. In the past we would have had to order the vehicles with accessories that we wanted. Nathan and Richard did an amazing job with pricing and then a trade-in. Bill in financing was very professional. Then it came time to order the additional accessories to customize the two vehicles. Kim in Parts was awesome and Jessica in Service handled the appointments and dealing with first time Subaru owners! John customized the vehicles for us. I cannot say how much we appreciated all the folks we met and how they all took care of us. They all made us feel as if we have become part of the family!! Subaru love is indeed something to share.

Worst service ever. I had two issues with my 2011 outback with 21k miles. One was the passenger air bag and the other small rust patch is developing under the lip of the hatch. First the sales manager says my wife is not sitting the seat correctly that's why are air bag off light comes on which is pure BS. He says he's never heard of a problem like that more BS just google it. Its a common problem. Then the rust is not rust its sap, then it 's rust from salt but I live in a place with no salt, then someone touched it up this guy is amazing. I would not by a pencil from this place
