Hello alvaro, We apologize for the inconvenience, but we put ferrule connectors on our fuses as well as amps. we also zip tie our covers to make sure they do not fall off. If we did do this please contact us to make sure everything is right.

Amateurish, work. Look at how lazy these guys are. Paid $230 not including hardware for big three upgrade, fuse cover was missing had to rewire the Battery+ to Alternator+ because the 0gauge wire sat on the Engine Headers, they also did not do the Engine Block to Body Ground, did it myself and it was night and day more professional. Was going to bring them more business but not anymore, my search for real Audio Shop in SA continues.

I thought this place was great until they tried to charge me $200 to install one all in one subwoofer. $200 to run speaker wire to one speaker and set it in my trunk... Total rip-off considering the first time I asked a different sales person they told me $80 for install and then all of a sudden it's $200!!! They want more than half of what the speaker itself costs just to install, absolutely ridiculous and insulting, please go somewhere else.... don't go here...

Found this place by put luck. Needed a couple of 12s after blowing mine on a Sunday. This was the only place I could find open. Since that day they have helped me out multiple times retinting finding the right subs for my 4x12 single cab build. Nothing but the best customer service and quality products. Bass for life.

Ryan, we completely understand your frustration as you are correct we do infact install the siren when putting in an alarm. The employee you spoke to was newer and was not aware of this and we have clarified that issue and would be happy to put it in for you if you like. However, we are also a family business and have zero tolerance for profanity in the store or threats towards any of our employees, so unfortunately we had to ask you to leave without resolving the issue. Please let us know when you would like to come in to resolve this issue.

I'm a repeat customer that had a radio & sub installed I was satisfied with the installation so I returned for window tint & and alarm only to find out they didn't install the siren that comes with the alarm??? The guy tells me it's an additional $30 to install something that's originally supposed to be a part of the alarm system??? His excuse is that it's a $10 speaker & the alarm still works? What a A*hole he had no regard for satifying the customer. I already had a factory alarm that honks my factory horn when set off so I feel like I payed $160+ dollars for new remotes to unlock my doors! I had planned on upgrading my sub & Amp but after this experience I'm just hoping my tint or anything else they've done just holds up. Very disappointing after being a repeat customer!
