The most deceiving dealership I have ever been to. If you are looking for Subaru go else where. Everyone seems so nice but no one is willing to help. Not customer service, sales, or management. My fiancé and I went here and got two completely different prices that made no sense. I reached out to management. I was told I would hear back and nothing after numerous follow ups. As someone who works in client sales and service I am disgusted with the way they would treat two potential customers. Go to another Subaru dealership. Weve had much better luck at another one.

Went here for the last of my free oil changes on my impreza. Car was fine when i drove it there, then they come up and tell me two of my tires have air bubbles in them wanted me to pay 470 to fix them. I said no then when i left i could feel that my tires were about to pop. Ended up having to replace both tires somewhere else. The previous time i took it for an oil change they took 3 hours. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

Came in for a fluid change on my Crosstrek crv and was called the next day saying that there was a noise in the trans which I couldnt hear because my hearing isnt that good. They replaced the trans at no charge! I couldnt be happier with their service Thanks again!

Always treated very well with the front deck guys,kind,thoughtful and respectful .I am not a mechanic and I sure hope they are good back there...disappointed that they put no sticker for next service due on windshield..as I used it as a reminder. Makes me think the mechanics are just basic and not invested in good service. So far engine running well...

Upon my lease buy out the dealership tried to add on a used car prep fee of 899 dollars and a doc fee of 699 dollars l would never recommend in my opinion a shady car dealership like this for a purchase.
