Crummy Company. They were supposed to pick up our vehicle for donation. Not only did they never show, they never called to reschedule. After calling them and leaving a message to get rescheduled, still no call back. Lousy customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Very unorganized, bad untrustworthy staff changing prices when you're at the door going against their posted prices online! Try to upcharge me $300 tailgate when online price said it was $55+$10 core!!!! I would avoid this con artist at all cost!!!!

This place is in a good location for a lot of people. Don't go if you need to ask questions. The staff is helpful at times but they have a habit of making their customers regret coming. I generally avoid this place but often have no other realistic option. I'm looking to buy an engine assembly and I imagine I will not enjoy any part of it. I just hope I luck out the first time and find a block without cracks.
